Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $70 or more. Orders below $70 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have an estimated ship date of around November 10, 2026. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship in multiple packages.

Shipping Delays
